The quiz runs entirely in your browser: answers are scored on your device and are never sent to us or stored anywhere. Photos loaded into the photo mirror are read into your browser's memory only — this is a static site with no upload endpoint, so your photo cannot leave your device. We collect only what you give us directly: your email address if you contact us, and the details our payment provider shares to fulfil your order. Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider; we never see or store card numbers. Photos you choose to email us for the Pro Analysis are used solely to prepare your analysis and are deleted after delivery. We don't sell or share your data. To be removed, email us and we'll delete your records.
Digital products are delivered by download; the Pro Analysis is delivered by email within 5 business days of receiving your photos. Your purchase grants a personal licence: use your kit for your own wardrobe and shopping. Resale, redistribution, or use in a styling or image consulting business requires a separate licence — email us. Refunds within 14 days of purchase — reply to your receipt. Bought a kit for the wrong season? Email us within 30 days and we'll swap it for another season free.
Color analysis is a styling framework, not a science with laboratory precision. Our quiz and photo mirror are self-assessment tools; results depend on the honesty of your answers and your lighting, and an in-person analysis with calibrated light remains more accurate. Palettes are guidance for looking your best, not rules — and no palette result should be read as a comment on anyone's appearance.
